That can be resolved if one of the files is copied to the other's folder beforehand. In my case, that worked fine. I really don't understand this line. PeteMagsig Seems to work fine if the files aren't in the same folder, but you have to specify the full path to each, and all but the actual name gets stripped so you may have to do some comparison magic to figure out which is which from the results.
