I am very pleased with this app. There is one thing I really wish could happen to make it better. I would like to see a notification on the clients appointment when they cancel. I have lost money because a client said they canceled their appointment but I never received the notification. I could have booked someone else at that appointment time. I truly believe this is the best software on the market for salons and barbershops.

But unfortunately the booking page was a deal breaker for me. I truly believe if you could create a more customer friendly booking page similar to square,booksy,squire,set more, Vagaro. It would be a game changer.

I spoke with a few former customers of yours and their feedback was very similar to mine which was why they left. We are all highly Disappointed because this software was almost everything a barbershop owner Dreamed of.

Please make a more customer friendly booking page. I would love to work with you along with a few other shop owners I have close relationships with to promote this software if you were to create a friendly booking page. I have used Salon Iris from DaySmart in my salon for over 7 years and have loved it the whole time! It is always updating with the latest needs to help organize the salon and me as a stylist! From one stylist to multiple it covers every need!
